NO REFUNDS POLICY
Service provided by VZ Trader LLC is a virtual digital product and service; as such, digital product and services cannot be returned and therefore is nonrefundable. For team packages, all payments made under contract for the use of the software, services, and/or products provided by the company are final and non-refundable. Due to the retrospective nature of the fee calculation, invoicing for the use of the software, services, and/or products is based on usage during a previous period, and as such, it is not possible to issue a refund for any fees that have been paid. Additionally, the digital nature of the product also precludes the possibility of returning or exchanging the product. All payments are non-refundable and no refund or credit will be provided under any circumstances.
